ABOUT
Doucette was a highly acclaimed Canadian rock band that became famous during the late 1970s. Key members included singer-songwriter Jerry Doucette (September 9, 1951 - April 18, 2022) who served as the band's lead vocalist and guitarist. They are best known for the hard-driving rock anthem, "Mama Let Him Play" (1977). They were honored with the Juno Award for Most Promising Group of the Year in 1979.
