ABOUT
Clinton "Dusty" Fletcher (July 8, 1900 - March 15, 1954) was a veteran black vaudeville performer and comedian and a long-time favorite act at the Apollo Theater. He made a splash on the Pop charts in 1947 with the hysterical smash comedy routine, "Open The Door, Richard! (Parts 1 & 2)," which became a million-seller.
