Eddy Howard (September 12, 1914 - May 23, 1963) was a popular singer, songwriter, and bandleader with a flair for romantic ballads who became famous during the 1940s and early 1950s. Best known for the million-selling "To Each His Own" (1946) and "Sin (It's No Sin)" (1951), which both topped the charts, other major hits include "(I Love You) For Sentimental Reasons" (1946), "My Adobe Hacienda" (1947), "I Wonder, I Wonder, I Wonder" (1947), "Room Full Of Roses" (1949), and "Auf Wiederseh'n, Sweetheart" (1952). As a singer with Dick Jurgens & His Orchestra, he also had hits with the self-penned "My Last Goodbye" (1939) and "Careless" (1939).
