Ellen Foley (b. 1951) is a veteran singer and actress who has appeared on Broadway and TV where she co-starred in NBC's "Night Court" during the show's second season. As a performing artist, she is best known for her hit cover of Timi Yuro's "What's A Matter Baby" (1979). Foley was also a guest vocalist on Meat Loaf's smash 1977 album, "Bat Out Of Hell."
