ABOUT

Erasure is a highly acclaimed and veteran English synth-pop duo consisting of lead vocalist and songwriter Andy Bell with songwriter, producer, and keyboardist Vince Clarke who became famous during the late 1980s and early 1990s. They are best known in the U.S. for the 1988 Top 20 smashes, "Chains Of Love" and "A Little Respect." Previously, Clarke was a co-founder of Depeche Mode and one-half of the synth-pop duo, Yazoo.
