Eric Hine is an English singer, songwriter, and keyboardist who became famous during the early 1980s. He is best known for his synth-pop hit remake of Buddy Holly & The Crickets' "Not Fade Away" (1981). Prior to going solo, Hine was a member of Simon Dupree & The Big Sound.
