Eric Martin is a veteran rock singer active both as solo performer and as a member of a number of bands who became famous beginning in the 1980s. Best known as a solo artist for the catchy "Information" (1985), he later rose to prominence as the frontman for the hard rock band, Mr. Big, which topped the charts with the romantic "To Be With You" (1991), a song he wrote as a teen.
