Euclid Beach Band

ABOUT

The Euclid Beach Band was a rock group from Cleveland, OH best known locally for "There's No Surf In Cleveland" (1978), a Beach Boys sound-alike tune co-written by group founders Jim Girard and Rich Reising as a "pro-Cleveland song" at a time when the city had a lackluster reputation. The Euclid Beach Band is best known nationally for their hit version of the Eric Carmen-penned "I Need You" (1979).
