The Family

ABOUT

The Family was a Minneapolis sound group formed by Prince with a lineup that consisted mainly of frontman/bassist Paul ("St. Paul") Peterson and other former members of The Time. They are best known for the funky, Prince-penned "The Screams Of Passion" (1985). One of the first acts signed to Prince's record label, Paisley Park, The Family reformed as fDeluxe in 2011.
