Felice Taylor (January 29, 1944 - June 12, 2017) was an R&B/soul singer who became famous during the late 1960s. She is best known for the Pop/Rock 1967 crossover hit, "It May Be Winter Outside (But In My Heart It's Spring)," co-wriiten by Barry White and Paul Politi.
