Florian Zabach (August 15, 1918 - February 25, 2006) was a violinist, composer, and TV variety show host from Chicago who became famous during the 1950s. His best known songs include the hit instrumentals, "The Hot Canary" (1951), "Red Canary" (1953), and "When The White Lilacs Bloom Again" (1956), a cover of the 1920s pop standard.
