The Forum was a male-female pop/folk rock trio from Pasadena, CA consisting of Riselle Bain, Phil Campos, and Rene Nole that became famous during the late 1960s. They are best known for the original version of "The River Is Wide" (1967), which later became a Top 40 hit for The Grass Roots.
