ABOUT

The Four Aces (aka The Four Aces Featuring Al Alberts) were a highly acclaimed and veteran male traditional pop vocal quartet that became famous during the 1950s. Best known for "Three Coins In The Fountain" (1954) and "Love Is A Many-Splendored Thing" (1955), which both topped the charts, other big hits include "Tell Me Why" (1951) and "Stranger In Paradise" (1953). The original lineup consisted of Dave Mahoney (tenor), Lou Silvestri (bass), Sol Vaccaro (baritone), and lead singer Al Alberts, with a number of personnel changes over the years.
