Four Tunes

ABOUT

The Four Tunes (aka The 4 Tunes) were a highly acclaimed and veteran R&B vocal group from New York City with many personnel changes over the years that became famous during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Best known for their smash hit versions of "Marie" (1953) and "I Understand Just How You Feel" (1954), which both became million-sellers, they also backed the Savannah Churchhill R&B chart-topper, "I Want To Be Loved (But Only By You)" (1947). They were inducted into The Vocal Group Hall of Fame in 2004.
