Frank Conley Slay Jr. (July 8, 1930 - September 30, 2017) was a songwriter, A&R director, producer, and record label owner. With Bob Crewe, he co-wrote The Rays' "Silhouettes" and later produced "Incense And Peppermints" by Strawberry Alarm Clock.
