Frank Weir (January 30, 1911 - May 12, 1981) was an English saxophonist, clarinetist, and orchestra leader who became famous during the mid 1950s. He is best known in the U.S. for his 1954 Top 5 hit rendition of the German popular song, "The Happy Wanderer." During that same year, Weir topped the U.K. charts with "My Son, My Son" with vocals provided by Vera Lynn.
