George Thorogood (b. February 24, 1950) is a highly acclaimed and veteran boogie-blues singer, songwriter, and musician who became famous beginning in the 1980s. His best known songs include the snarling blues rock classic, "Bad To The Bones" (1982), as first made popular on MTV.
