Get Wet was a pop group featuring lead singer Sherri Beachfront that became famous during the early 1980s. They are best known for the upbeat, 1950s-styled "Just So Lonely" (1981), which became a Top 40 hit in the U.S. and made the Top 20 in Australia. They made many TV appearances that year on such shows as "American Bandstand," "The Merv Griffin Show," and "Solid Gold."
