Glenn Sutton (September 28, 1937 - April 17, 2007) was an influential, award-winning country music songwriter and record producer and a major contributor to the countrypolitan sound. He wrote/co-wrote hits for such top artists as David Houston, Tammy Wynette, and wife Lynn Anderson.
