Go West is a highly acclaimed and veteran English pop duo consisting of Peter Cox (lead singer) and Richard Drummie (rhythm guitarist, backing vocalist) that became famous during the mid 1980s and early 1990s. Best known in the U.S. for the Top 10 smash, "King Of Wishful Thinking" (1990), which is featured in the soundtrack to "Pretty Woman" (1990), other hits include "We Close Our Eyes" (1985), "Call Me" (1985), and "Faithful" (1992). Go West was honored with the Brit Award for British Breakthrough Act at the Brit Awards 1986 in 1986.
