ABOUT
GTR was a short-lived English supergroup rock band formed by former Yes and Asia guitarist Steve Howe and former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett that became famous during the mid 1980s. Best known for the Top 20 smash, "When The Heart Rules The Mind" (1986), other hits include "The Hunter" (1986). The band got its name from the abbreviation for "guitar" used by recording studios for labeling guitar tracks.
