Hello People was a rock group created in New York City by producer Lou Futterman that became famous during the mid 1970s. They dressed as mimes onstage, often performing routines between songs without speaking a word to the audience. They are best known for the upbeat and quirky "Future Shock" (1975), which depicts a dystopian future.
