High Inergy was a female R&B/soul vocal group that became famous during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Best known for the romantic ballad, "You Can't Turn Me Off (In The Middle Of Turning Me On)" (1977), an R&B Top 5 smash which made the Pop/Rock Top 20 and became their biggest crossover success, other hits include "Love Is All You Need" (1978) and "He's A Pretender" (1983).
