Huey "Piano" Smith (b. January 26, 1934) is an influential R&B pianist from New Orleans, LA who became famous beginning in the late 1950s. His signature sound, which incorporates boogie-woogie, ragtime, and R&B, was instrumental in the development of early rock & roll.
