Jackie Gleason (February 26, 1916 - June 24, 1987) was a highly acclaimed and veteran comedian, actor, writer, and composer, widely known for his role as bus driver Ralph Kramden in "The Honeymooners" and as the host of his own TV variety show. With his orchestra, he released numerous popular easy listening and mood music albums in the 1950s and 1960s. His hits include "Melancholy Serenade" (1953), which was used as the theme to "The Honeymooners," "Terry's Theme From 'Limelight'" (1953), and his rendition of Roger Williams' "Autumn Leaves" (1955).
