Jennifer Holliday is a highly acclaimed and veteran singer and actress who began her career on Broadway during the early 1980s in such musicals as "Your Arms Too Short To Box With God" and "Dreamgirls," the latter of which won her a Tony Award. As a recording artist, she is best known for the Grammy-winning "And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going" (1982), a song from "Dreamgirls" which topped the R&B charts and became her biggest Pop/Rock crossover success.
