Jennifer Warnes is a highly acclaimed and veteran singer, songwriter, arranger, and producer who became famous beginning in the late 1970s. She is best known for the Grammy-winning duets, "Up Where We Belong" (1982, with Joe Cocker) and "(I've Had) The Time Of My Life" (1987, with Bill Medley). Both songs topped the charts and are featured in hit movie soundtracks (the former from "An Officer And A Gentleman" and the latter from "Dirty Dancing").
