Joe Barry (July 13, 1939 - August 31, 2004), b. Joseph Barrios) was a swamp pop singer and guitarist from Cut Off, Louisiana who became famous during the early 1960s. His best known songs include the Fats Domino-styled "I'm A Fool To Care" (1961), a Top 40 hit which later went gold.
