ABOUT
Joe Fagin (January 1940 - September 5, 2023) was an English pop/rock singer-songwriter who became famous during the 1980s. Best known in the U.S. for "Younger Days" (1982), he soon after released the double-sided single, "Breakin' Away / That's Livin' Alright," which reached #3 on the U.K. charts and was used as the opening and closing themes to the first series of the comedy-drama, "Auf Wiedersehen, Pet." He later also recorded a cover of the jazz standard, "As Time Goes By," made famous in the 1942 movie, "Casablanca," which was used for the 1990s BBC comedy series of the same name starring Judi Dench and Geoffrey Palmer.
