Joe Jackson (b. 1954) is a Grammy-winning English singer, songwriter, and pianist who became famous beginning in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Best known internationally for the sophisticated, jazz-infused "Steppin' Out" (1982), other major hits include the catchy "Is She Really Going Out With Him?" (1979), the poignant "Breaking Us In Two" (1983), and the energetic and soulful "You Can't Get What You Want (Till You Know What You Want)" (1984).
