Davenie Johanna "Joey" Heatherton is a veteran actress, dancer, and singer who made numerous TV appearances during the 1960s and 1970s and became famous as a recording artist during the early 1970s. Best known for her Top 40 pop remake of Ferlin Husky's "Gone" (1972), she also had a hit with her cover of Brenda Lee's "I'm Sorry" (1972). She performed for U.S. troops for over a decade on Bob Hope's USO tours and starred in several movies, including "My Blood Runs Cold" (1965) and "The Happy Hooker Goes To Washington" (1977).
