James Joseph Wisner (December 8, 1931 - March 13, 2018) was a veteran pianist, arranger, songwriter, and producer who became famous during the early 1960s under the name Kokomo. He is best known for the Top 10 instrumental smash, "Asia Minor" (1961), a honky-tonk piano/orchestral adaptation of Edvard Grieg's Piano Concerto in A Minor.
