Larry Douglas (February 17, 1914 - September 15, 1996) was a pop singer from Philadelphia, PA who became famous during the late 1940s. He is best known for his hit cover of "Linda" (1947), a song that took its name from then-one-year-old Linda McCartney, the daughter of songwriter Jack Lawrence's attorney, Lee Eastman. This song also became a hit for several other artists that same year and was made famous by Ray Noble, whose version topped the charts.
