ABOUT
Lee Pockriss (January 20, 1924 - November 14, 2011) and Paul Vance (November 4, 1929 - May 30, 2022, b. Joseph Paul Florio) were a highly acclaimed songwriting duo who, as Lee & Paul, made a splash on the Pop/Rock charts in 1959 with the novelty rocker, "The Chick." Pockriss and Vance co-wrote such oldies classics as "Catch A Falling Star," "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polkadot Bikini," and "Tracy."
