Lee Garrett (b. 1943) is a veteran R&B singer-songwriter who became famous during the mid-late 1970s. As a recording artist, he is best known for "You're My Everything" (1976). With Stevie Wonder and others, he co-wrote "Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours)," and his many other songs have been recorded by such bands and artists as Taka Boom, Peter Frampton, Carl Graves, Eddie Money, Jackie Moore, The Spinners, Marlena Shaw, and Frankie Valli.
