ABOUT

Narvel Felts (b. 1938) is a veteran country/rockabilly singer, songwriter, and guitarist with a soaring tenor and high falsetto and a long string of hits on the Country charts from 1973-1987 who became famous beginning in the early 1960s. His biggest crossover successes include his remakes of The Drifters' "Honey Love" (1960), Johnny Adams' "Reconsider Me" (1975), and Jackie Wilson's "Lonely Teardrops" (1976). He was honored by the Rockabilly Hall of Fame for his pioneering contributions to the genre.
