Otis Clay (February 11, 1942 - January 8, 2016) was a highly acclaimed and veteran R&/soul singer who began in gospel and became famous during the late 1960s. His best known songs include his hit R&B remake of The Sir Douglas Quintet's "She's About A Mover" (1968) and "Trying To Live My Life Without You" (1972). Clay was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 2013.
