P.F. Sloan


P. F. "Flip" Sloan (September 18, 1945 - November 15, 2015, b. Philip Gary Schlein) was a pop-rock singer and songwriter who became famous during the mid 1960s. He wrote and produced for such top bands and artists as Barry McGuire, Herman's Hermits, and The Mamas & The Papas.
