Paul Vance

Paul Vance (b. November 4, 1929) is a songwriter and record producer who, with Lee Pockriss, co-wrote numerous songs that include such oldies classics as Perry Como's "Catch A Falling Star." As a performing artist, he made a splash on the Pop/Rock charts in 1966 with "Dommage, Dommage (Too Bad, Too Bad)."
