Walter Gerhardt "Pee Wee" Hunt (May 10, 1907 - June 22, 1979) was a jazz trombonist, singer, and bandleader who became famous during the late 1940s and early 1950s. Best known for his million-selling rendition of Euday L. Bowman's 1914 ragtime composition, "Twelfth Street Rag" (1948), which topped the charts, other major hits include "Oh!" (1953), a Top 5 hit that also became a million-seller.
