Phil Seymour


Phil Seymour (May 15, 1952 - August 17, 1993) was a singer, songwriter, drummer, and guitarist who had a Top 40 hit in 1981 with "Precious To Me." He co-founded The Dwight Twilley Band and served as a background vocalist for Tom Petty.
