Plastic Bertrand (b. Roger Francois Jouret, February 24, 1954) is a veteran Belgian musician, songwriter, producer, editor, and TV presenter who became famous during the late 1970s. He is best known worldwide for the one-note French punk rocker, "Ca Plane Pour Moi" (1978).
