ABOUT
Ralph Carter (b. 1961) is a veteran singer and actor who played Michael Evans in the TV sitcom, "Good Times." As a performing artist, he is best known for the upbeat "When You're Young And In Love" (1975), a Top 40 R&B hit. Carter appeared at age 9 in the Broadway musical, "The Me Nobody Knows," and later received a Tony nomination in 1974 for his work in "Raisin."
