Randy Brown (b. 1952) is a veteran R&B singer and songwriter from Memphis, TN who became famous during the late 1970s. His best known songs include the funky "I Wanna Make Love To You" (1978) and "We Ought To Be Doin' It" (1980), and he had his greatest Pop/Rock crossover success in 1979 with "You Says It All."
