Ray Kennedy (November 26, 1946 - February 16, 2014) was a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer who became famous as a recording artist during the early 1980s. He is best known for the romantic ballad, "Just For The Moment" (1980). His many songwriting credits for other artists include The Beach Boys' "Sail On, Sailor" and The Babys' "Every Time I Think Of You" and "Isn't It Time."
