Woodrow Wilson "Red" Sovine (July 7, 1917 - April 4, 1980) was a country singer and songwriter famous for his truck driving songs. He topped the Country charts with "Giddyup Go" (1966) and "Teddy Bear" (1976), both of which also became minor Pop/Rock chart hits.
