Roger Lawrence "Rod" Strunk (March 26, 1939 - July 11, 2007), known professionally as Rod Lauren, was a veteran singer and actor who became famous during the late 1950s as a recording artist, later appearing on such TV shows as "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" and "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C." He is best known for the dreamy Top 40 smash, "If I Had A Girl" (1959).
