Rosetta Howard (August 30, 1913 - October 8, 1974) was a blues singer from Chicago who became famous during the late 1940s and later switched to gospel. She is best known for the swinging "Ebony Rhapsody" (1948), an R&B Top 10 hit that made the Pop/Rock Top 40.
