The Shacklefords were a male-female folk-pop group formed in Los Angeles in 1963 and led by Lee Hazlewood (July 9, 1929 - August 4, 2007) and Marty Cooper. The group's name came from the maiden name of Hazlewood's then-wife, Naomi Shackleford.
