Shakin' Stevens (b. Michael Barratt, March 4, 1948) is a Welsh singer and songwriter with a flair for 1950s-styled rock and roll who was one of the U.K.'s top selling artists during the 1980s. He is best known in the U.S. for the 1984 hit, "I Cry Just A Little Bit."
